1. The bathroom did not have a roll-in shower which made it quite difficult.

3. Now, I realize that having a sick kid on vacation can be difficult, but I expect that a Westin hotel, and member of the Starwood family should do everything they can not to place further stress on their guests.

4. The bathrooms are very difficult to maneuver, as you have to squeak the door a centimeter away from the toilet when opening and closing.

9. I did not drink the water, use the gym or the internet however so why pay for it? Why not just INCREASE THE BASE PRICE OF THE ROOM? People hate to get hit with these kinds of fees that frankly mislead customers and make comparing a hotel property based on price very difficult.
