1. Starting with a reservation error (in spite of no less than 3 phone confirmations before check in) followed by a series of unfortunate experiences, including disappearing luggage, dirty rooms, no housekeeping, and ongoing reservation confusion, this hotel is completely undeserving of four star status.

No matter how convenient it was (because of the trade show) or how nice the common areas are (excellent restaurant, Blue Zoo) or how friendly the service (in line with Disney training) or location (short walk to the Disney Boardwalk and Disney park transports) a dirty room is what I take away and largely base my decision on whether to return.
