1. When I brought this issue up to the woman at the front desk she told me 'those kind of mistakes do not happen' and we had to unpack our bags looking for the printout of our reservation in order to get the mistake fixed.

5. This is good hotel make no mistake and it is a fantabulous piece of architecture (unless your name is Charles Windsor) but the rooms are looking tired and a bit shabby.
