1. However, the room we got was on the lobby level (I always try for a top floor) and the corridor had a serious air flow problem in that everytime someone closed a door it made a furious SLAMMING sound .

5. problems with reservations - we wanted the Swan because other family was there and when we got the resrevation it was for the Dolphin.

7. Some problems we encountered during our stay was a non working refrigerator that was replaced the first night and erratic television signal that was never fixed.

8. The only downside to me, and this isn't as big a problem at the Swan, as it is at the Dolphin, is that there are tons of conventions at the Dolphin.
