1. We asked if we could change one of the kings for 2 singles, and we were given an extra roll away, very uncomfortable, and made the room very cramped.

9. As for the 'Heavenly' beds that they advertise as you not wanting to get out of, the reason is that you can't as they are that uncomfortable you get back and neck ache.
