1. The entrance is impressive shame the rooms let it down Our room on the 6th floor was dull and in need of a good clean The carpets had not seen a hoover in a long time No furniture had been dustered The walls were very marked and the towels paper thin The bed linen was not in good condition Very old and should off been used for dusters We have been to New York several times and this was in our opinion the worst hotel we have stayed in You are charged for wifi You are charged to store your cases and unless you are tipping well in the bar you are ignored The lifts were a joke Be prepared to wait for ever This is a busy hotel but it has no atmosphere Cant believe that anyone thinks its a good hotel.

9. We stay there because it was very well located, but they charge for everything, and the worst was the day the maid came to our room and left all the garbage from the WC into my shopping bag.

10. This is really the worst hotel I've ever had, people work at the front dest are rude and seem like I owe them millions of dollars? There are two telephones in our room, one has no wire connection, the other one is broken.
