1. I did have a short elevator conversation with two ladies who complained that there room was small and looked out onto a wall.

Nor do I want one at this point - The only reason I stayed at this property is because I saw that it had excellent reviews but clearly these are all lies because when I was in the elevator on my way back down to the front desk to try and get a new room there were 6 other people in the elevator complaining about the filth in thier rooms as well, it amazes me to see these other reviews when I was forced to sleep in a mold infested stinky shoe box for the night.

9. The only point of complain would be that the room was missing a mini bar or fridge generally and that WiFi is 14$ a day, but the latter is to be expected from larger hotels so no big deal.
