4. Jessica B was very helpful to me trying to get on the net, (had a bit of difficulty), so then used the Business centre (very expensive and internet very slow and it cost a fortune).

10. There are a few problems with this property like: Lack of pressure on the showers, dated forniture, the elevators are very slow in the morning, loud maids in the morning, old carpeting, funny smell in some of the rooms (I had to go to a nearby Duane Reade to buy air freshener).
