1. In the event, it was a tiny fire outside the building which was of absolutely no significance whatsoever and was brought under control quickly by the fire department, but the concierge saw fit to wake everybody in the hotel with a loud tannoy message, alerting everybody of the fire, but saying that the fire was under control and that everybody should stay in their rooms and NOT panic.

2. Hotel lobby swarming with school children with musical instruments making the lobby very loud, unwelcoming and a place to avoid.

6. There are a few problems with this property like: Lack of pressure on the showers, dated forniture, the elevators are very slow in the morning, loud maids in the morning, old carpeting, funny smell in some of the rooms (I had to go to a nearby Duane Reade to buy air freshener).
