1. Jessica was the absolute best in NYC, and if she didnt help, I would be living just another horrible 65 yr old mother day at the central park zoo.

2. We didn't ask for a particular view expecting something standard and ended up with a horrible looking view of the inside of the hotel (there were no plants or flowers, instead pipes and dirt to look at) .
