4. The only downside i thought was the house keeping could do with being stepped up a bit, one day our room wasnt made or bins empited and on looking closer you could see the carpets in the room needed a proper hoover and the curtains a wash, (few marks on them).

5. All you need from a hotel in new york is a comfortable bed, so what if the lifts takes a while?? check in was quick and simple, the room was clean and tidy, the only downside was the toilet didnt flush, but so what? just meant the cleaners had to sort it out.
