1. The carpets were old, dirty and worn, the paint was peeling and the wallpaper was stained and there were absolutely NO worthwhile facilities unless you were prepared to pay over and above the extortionate fees already paid for what amounts to a tiny, lifeless room.

6. the carpets are so worn you can barely see the print/detail in them, the walls have faded wall paper and are dirty, the beds are far from comfy, all the furniture in the room is very old and not well maintained as well as the distressed sofa tables as you exit/enter the floor elevators.
