The rooms- our 1st room (437) was dreadful, more like a hobbit hole- no daylight, air con was pathetic, window wouldn't open, smelly and dingy- we did make reception aware on day 2 by using a comment card but nothing was done, by day 4 we could stand it no longer and asked for a new room, the hotel obliged immediately and we relocated to room 1720- same size but had a window that opened, air con and daylight.

10. Overall, both of the rooms were smaller than I had been in and overall looked very dingy, old and in general like they need a good cleaned (for example, don't lose the remote behind the nightstand, it's filthy back there.
