2. Then the staff is so unfriendly they ratter be on the phone with friends then give customer service I would not recoment this hotel unless you get it for a 2 star rate.

4. I stayed in Park Central on a business trip to New York with my partner and we were treated like second class citizens by the rude and unfriendly staff throughout our stay and were the victim of either pranks or gross mismanagement.
