1. If my flight arrives early morning and the room isn't ready, the staff always give me accurate information about when I will be able to move in, and you really get the sense they are working hard to make it happen.

5. My first complaint is minor and forgivable given that it is such a large hotel and therefore hard to maintain - wallpaper peeling off the walls in the bathroom, slightly ripped curtain, other minor aesthetic things.

7. Had a hard time figuring out the stairs - we were on the 5th floor and the elevators took forever as they were on a log in system, and when we tried the stairs, it took us to a service area rather than the lobby.

8. (I'm not sure if that's with a discount or not if you stay at the hotel, I called the hotel to ask before we move the car from the previous parking-bed is not very comfortable, a bit hard, although my husband found it ok.
