1. unfortunately I couldnt get an upgrade so dont know what the more expensive rooms are like but ours was very good for the price.

7. unfortunately, there was a couple fighting on the same floor, yelling almost all night so doesn't help when the walls are thin.

9. I arrived earlier than expected and was hopeful of an early check-in but was unfortunately told no and to return at 3:30 for availability :( I was then told I could leave my bags for a FEE if I decided to leave the hotel grounds.
