1. I would definitely stay here again, but would be ready for the rude, arrogant, general unhelpfulness of the guys at the luggage room.

My personal issue was with the desk that books museums entrances and airport shuttles - I've decided to book a shuttle back to Newark airport with them and the employee was rather unhelpful, she book the shuttle and gave me incorrect informations of where to be at the time of the pick up, this led to the unfortunate situation that I lost the transfer and had to wait another hour for another one (even though I was at the place that was indicated 45 minutes earlier).

Staff generally rude and unhelpful, charged extra for gym, charged extra for Wifi, charged extra for luggage storgae after check out, air conditioning in room faulty, no answer when calling reception or bell hop, cleaning staff very noisy early in the morning, no seating area in reception, misleading advice re booking tickets and shuttle - obviously aimed at generating commission.

7. The staff were unhelpful/unfriendly they thought they were doing you a favour simply being there not realising they were being paid by the customer, which is why a customer should be valued.
