1. I would definitely stay here again, but would be ready for the rude, arrogant, general unhelpfulness of the guys at the luggage room.

2. When my friend went to pick up our luggage (by now a different guy, but just as rude) he wouldn't let her get a coupe f pieces at a time, because I obviously couldn't help so she had to get both suitcases, 2 pieces of hand luggage AND my manual chair all out of the room at the same time .

3. The guy was very rude and didn't want to take my manual wheelchair, as I had hired a power chair for the duration of our stay, I was quite upset by his rudeness but wasn't going to let one small thing like him ruin our last day.

4. I waited 10 minutes no sign of a waiter so went back to the bar and was served by a nice older guy, unlike the other rude barman.

5. We found the staff at the reception desk to be extremely rude, unhelpful and a discredit to receptionists all over the world who try their hardest to please even the most difficult of guests.

To do this, I have had to sit through nearly 10 phone calls with customer service and the front desk with about 80% of those people showing some major attitude and being rude questioning why I couldn't just work in the lobby and insisting at first that their wifi was fine, but then admitting later (when challenged) that there were widespread complaints.

8. I woke up on my first morning and headed to the gym, they wanted to charge me $15 the woman on the reception desk was obnoxious and rude to me and a woman and her children.

9. The speed dials on the phone were not the noted parties in some instances making for some confusion when trying to call for our car when checking out which only resulted in a rude attendant answering the call and a $51 dollar/day charge.
