1. And there were many others - the Concierge who arranged dinner for two weary travelers, the Security gentleman who brought us ice packs for my Mom's bad knee - ALL so helpful and courteous.

We were on the 27th floor and I would not recommend our room 2719 it is in bad need of renovating due to a list of errors with the room which I am pursing with Hilton, and as for the room maids porters that tried to practically throw us out of room before our scheduled check out time I was more than annoyed, I did not wish to make a scene at this time as i was in shock for the way we had been treated, was this due to my complaining to the front desk part way through our break?.
