5. Our room was spacious, but wallpaper was peeling from the walls (and was very dirty), the bed wasn't comfortable, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain, the bath tub was in poor condition and the tub/shower kind of smelled.

6. They did have an ethernet connection, but the smell was so awful, I didn't want to move for the 4th time and make my wife endure the nasty smell on top of being in a smaller room.

7. Finally they offered me a room on one of the executive floor which (when I arrived at) smelled really nasty and was in fact smaller than my room on the 39th floor.

9. One of the doors to the the 2nd floor exhibit hall opened to trash collection and awful smell greeted us when the door was opened.

10. Room Service trays left out for 48 hours, housekeeping leaving used linen on the floors of the corridors, poorly maintained with peeling wallpaper and paint and generally a damp smell.
