8. To add to the terrible stay I had just bought a new suitcase a samsonite hardcase and when we went to get in the taxi even through my husband went to do it himself the bellman threw it in the cab putting a huge deep 5cm gash in the case.

10. We arrived in our room to find a terrible smell, it was smoke like so we rang to tell them of this their answer was to come up and spray it with a peach smell spray which made it worse it stunk they would not change us rooms so we had to put up with it which I found really hard.
