5. we stayed here on 5 Dec 2011 for 4 nights overall yes hotel is very buisness like, when we arrived they must have had an evening conference it was so busy and noisy, quick check in dissappointment came with the room decor and standards the lighting was poor we were just so exhausted by the journey we got to bed early we went to make a drink the next morning and the complimentary coffee and teabags were stained through on the tray and their was only papercups to have use for hot drinks? looked like they had been left and used from previous guests luckily we had brought reserves with us,then we notced one of the beds we had slept in had no cover on the quilt, went down to the reception and made a complaint of this which they did apolgise and put right with some complimentay cookies for my grandson however they would not give a cup and saucer as they said they had gone eco and only provided papercups, so we went out and brought our own Breakfast was excellent however as lots buisness people were about i felt they ushered us into the corner areas of seating within the resturant,I explained to my grandson whom is 10 it did not need to concern us and to enjoy the service of the full buffet as much as he needed too.
