1. It was very convenient walking to the executive lounge but the rooms are much more dated and show more wear then the rooms on the 31st floor.

8. its a Hilton, right? Overall, its probably a little tired and dated (at least the room we had on the 39th floor was), but it has many redeeming factors: Location - close to all of downtown, around the corner from a Dean and Delucas, the staff were the friendliest I have ever seen - really good and genuine - especially checkin/out and at the Executive Lounge.
