1. When we checked in I noticed that there were some small issues with the room, peeling wallpaper, worn off pant on the shelf and mirror frame, stain on the show curtain, etc.

2. Our room was spacious, but wallpaper was peeling from the walls (and was very dirty), the bed wasn't comfortable, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain, the bath tub was in poor condition and the tub/shower kind of smelled.

6. peeling wallpaper, cruddy shower, old carpets are what greet you in the hallways and in your room - not what you should expect from a hotel with prices above $300 per night.
