1. Probably if we were on a business trip that could have been an issue but we onnly really wanted to update our facebook statuses and there are plenty of other free wifi areas we could do that from.

2. Getting them was a small challenge though as the receptionist had seemingly made a note on our profile saying he had issued us with the tokens and I was asked if I was sure we hadn't received them which kind of insulted my intelligence a bit.

7. On our last night we were surprised to come back to our hotel to find a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and a hand written note thanking me for alerting them to these issues.

8. When we checked in I noticed that there were some small issues with the room, peeling wallpaper, worn off pant on the shelf and mirror frame, stain on the show curtain, etc.
