1. Our only tiny complaint would be that the minibar snacks and drinks are very overpriced but being a NYC hotel i feel this is to be expected.

2. Hmmm, in late November/early December, early evenings are absolutely chaotic with functions upstairs and hordes of guests milling around the tiny lift lobby (only two lifts) with total disregard for anyone wanting to do anything so mundane as get to their room.
