5. Having been warned before of the poor elevator service we asked for low floors which we were fortunate to get.

6. I know the hotel gets a lot of slate for it's poor elevators so me and my boyfriend requested a low floor, we ended up with a room on the 3rd floor.

The only negatives are the breakfast options are a little poor, but for free I can't complain too much and one concierge recommended SuperShuttle for our return trip to the airport (turns out they have a horrendous reputation in NYC); they never turned up, we took an SUV that was out the front thanks to the duty managers assistance, however, now we are disputing credit card charges with SuperShuttle.
