1. I had my wedding dress, which had wrinkled during the journey, steamed by the staff and it was returned to me nicely pressed but smelling like dirty water.

9. The street that the hotel was on, was kind of small and dirty, but we still felt very safe there.

10. The sheets at Bryant Park were dirty with I'm not even sure what, but housekeeping quickly took care of this and left a bottle of wine I guess as a gesture of apology.
