1. I checked in here for one night for business, and it was very hassle free and easy.

2. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Times Square, its reasonable price (compared to the rest of NYC) and so that we could go uptown and downtown without too much hassle.

4. Even thou the Guy at the Parking gave me a hard time because the person at the Front desk gave me the wrong Stamp so I had to go back to get the right one, which was a bit of a hassle.

5. I didn't deal too much with any staff, but check in and check out was quick and hassle free and I could leave my bag at the hotel on my last day as I had a late flight and wanted to do some more walking around the city.

6. Concierge was helpful too we booked our City seeing tour here - same prices as up out and about and saved any hassle on arrival and gave us maps.

7. You require your room key to enter the facility and I got into the routine of putting clothes in the machine for the 29mins wash up to the Sundowner for drinks then walk down the one flight of stairs to move to tumble - job Done - not hassle.

8. We didn't want a room that was quite so high up, so a quick call to the front desk, and they put us on the 6th floor with no hassle whatsoever.
