1. Music in restaurant seems quite loud, similarly in bar downstairs.

The only downsides were:It was opposite the bus station (but even that wasn't a big deal)The doors weren't so soundproof so you could hear kids crying a few doors down, but not loud and only occasionallyThe subway is nearby and so you're not more than a few stops from Union Sq or anywhere for good restaurants.

9. Only negative is I had loud neighbors so I could hear their talkings and tv on and also the cleaning service in the morning, although outside street noise was not a problem, didn't hear much.
