1. The location is ideal - away from the mad crowds of tourists at Times Square yet still central and very easy to get around.

2. - Breakfast- yes is a mad rush after 8 am and lots of annoyed people, but we always found a spot - we normally went at when it just opened and no problems with booths, etc.

4. We didnt spend too much time in our room, just resting between days and nights out, but it was stylish and comfortable, great to come back to to rest sore feet after a mad day in the city.

6. Close enough to all our favourite shops on Fifth Avenue, an easy walk to the theatre yet a nice distance from the madness of Times Square, and an easy cab ride to all of our other favourite neighbourhoods.

7. Is is also close enough to walk to the Times Sqaure area (where my conference was held) but far enough away to not feel a part of the tourist madness.
