1. Excellent room, but the hotel lacks elevators and it is slow progress.

3. The finish and decor are minimalist modern and very well appointed and given the lack of general space in NYC, the room was quite spacious and comfortable.

8. We were on the 22nd floor and after having read the comments on the lack of elevators we were prepared to wait around for sometime before getting one but I can honestly say we never waited more than a minute and they were so speedy that you reached your destination really quickly.

Apart from a slight lack of space to store clothes in and a very expensive room bar, there is a nice big power shower, nice bed, nice chocs on yr pillow, and fantastic venue for all the hit list places, I would stay here again tomorrow, fantastic place to visit, lovely new Yorkers that can,t do enough to help you, and an up market hotel to make you feel special, will be back.
