1. My wife actually thought that we, maybe, should request a different room with two night tables but I basically told her it was a nice corner room on the 21st floor which they made available to us early, why complain.

2. The only thing we could complain about is that our room was right across from the elevator, so in the mornings we could hear all the people chattering right outside our door waiting to go down to get the free breakfast.

3. Anyhow, the only time I had to wait for about 5 minutes for the elevator was at peak hours in the morning, which I don't think is something to complain about.

10. Our room on the 19th floor was slap bang in the middle of 2 elevator shafts, but we never heard any noise from the lifts themselves (there was a bit of noise from some inconsiderate guests who were waiting for them, but you can't control or complain about other guests, so why bother?).
