1. Was finally given a room on the 16th of 24 floors, only to walk in and smell the stench of cigarette smoke.

6. The -1 is due, yes, to little things: the dreaded 'green stuff' on metal fixtures/features in the bathroom; small stains--that, I could see, had not come out in the wash--on the comforter; unusual (not bad, just unusual) smell to the room.
