1. Only negative point is you dont get complimentary teas/coffee's, not something I've seen before in one of the top hotels I've stayed in.

5. Service was excellent, and the only small negative I would make is that there was only one bath robe in the room, which despite being raised with the concierge, was never rectified.

6. The bar could have a more efficient service, maybe this was the only negative point of my experience, so stick to the tables by the bar, and not the ones above the bar, maybe what the Sofitel needs is a proper libation site.

8. No negatives about the hotel from me, it was a winner and I would stay there again upon returning to NYC.

9. The only negative was the service in the bar in that the waiter made a couple of mistakes on a simple order but it was not a big deal.

10. The only negatives about the room were the lack of a mirror in the foyer (obviously not a big deal) and a loud vent in the bathroom that was solved simply by keeping the door to the bathroom closed at night.
