1. Last time I was here I griped a little that no renovation was going on but on inspection I can see that they're constantly renovating rooms, just in the same style and layout and why not if it isn't broken? Entertainment system is great and free wi-fi whilst it says is a 'low-fi' option vs the paid for version I can testify that my ipad couldn't tell the difference so save your money.

3. How was this broken tub not noticed when it was last cleaned?In terms of the positive aspects of my stay, whenever I spoke to the front desk on the phone, whoever I spoke to each time was very nice.

4. The tub plug was jammed / broken and I couldn't get the button / lever to work so the tub would drain water.

5. There were a few minor things I asked to be fixed (a broken hairdryer, not enough hangers in the closet, not enough towels, a bedsheet with a mark on it).

6. Another thing I noticed was that the connectors on the CAT5 cable provided in the room were broken on both ends - the tab that keeps the connector secure, which may have caused the connection issues but I'm not sure.
