1. If you're a tourist in your 20s then it's ideal as the atmosphere plays to that - quite noisy late at night, close to where you might end up going out.

4. The best thing about this hotel is it's location, however that does make it noisy from the street outside at all hours of the day.

9. I think with better management this hotel could be transformed into a little gem as the location is amazing and yes it's a bit noisy week mornings but its New York, you'd expect noise like that in any big city and its hardly unbearable.
