1. when asked what intervention was being taken to address this problem the reception did not know hence I asked to speak to the manager who reported that a company come in to the room reported to have mice, yet there was somebody in the room on the 8th floor 1 day later.

Called housekeeping and they said they would send someone, it was taking too long so we went down to the front desk and told the guy about the mouse and he said yeah 1415 right, I was just up there but no one answered, well with every little sound I heard I started screaming and I do recall something which sounded like knocking, why didn't he say something or keep knocking?Anyway he told us due to the construction more people have complained about mice.

7. during my stay in august of 2011 i had the misfortune of having to deal with the front desk manager i believe his name was william even though he refused to give me his name when i asked luckily i heard someone call him by his name found him very rude definitley not an assett to your hotel the front desk would probably run better without him because of him and him alone i would never stay there again he comes off very uptight very cold does not care about someone's feeling when i requested to see him 3 times he blew me off every time telling me he had a meeting and also rooms are the size of a closet with mice running all over the place.
