1. Upon my check out, the agent did not smile or thank me for staying-she seemed annoyed that she had to walk to her bank to refund my deposit.

3. Most of the staff was friendly however not very knowledgable and one female that worked at the desk was rude she seemed to be annoyed I was even there.

4. The only things that annoyed me about the hotel were the temperamental shower at times of high demand (ie mornings) and the time spent waiting for the elevators - the record stands at 15 minutes before one arrived that wasn't full.

5. The housekeeping staff left their supplies and carts always in the corridor which was annoying cos last thing you want to be greeted with is garbage and carts in the corridor on the way to your room.

8. Although this was annoying it didn't reflect the normal standard of guests and I don't want to give the impression that this is a hotel with a problem crowd, as we didn't see any other examples of bad behaviour.

10. We had to run the hot water for 5-10mins every morning before got hot water, but that wasn't really that annoying.
