1. The carpet is worn and I can feel the nail strip when in my bare feet - not the best thing knowing everyone else stepped on it too.

3. The staff on reception seem to only want to provide the bare minimum of customer service, don't expect any empathy when approaching them with an issue - it's frustrating to say the least.

4. The rooms are tiny (size or rooms at the Hudson for example) - barely any space to walk around the bed, but they are decorated funky.
