2. We had some minor issues (hair dryer, iDock) but they were quickly resolved by a very pleasant maintenance man.

5. Cons: Front desk staff is NOT friendly or welcoming, unresponsive to guest concerns, seemed overwhelmed by the amount of check ins, blamed other members for issues, for example: DO NOT STAY IN A CORNER ROOM if you NEED internet access.

8. The staff on reception seem to only want to provide the bare minimum of customer service, don't expect any empathy when approaching them with an issue - it's frustrating to say the least.

9. Everyone in our party seemed to have issues with the temp in the rooms - they were so hot.
