1. For lack of empathy, lack of motivation to help and poor customer service I would deem this to be a major downfall of this hotel.

5. If you have stayed in NYC you know the rooms are small and not much to write home about this is the same a queen bed, small shower and not much wiggle room BUT the location more than makes up for the lack of space.

6. The common hallways are dimly lit (not a safe feeling) and when in the room, you needed to have one person sit on the bed or you couldn't get by one another and the bathroom was lacking proper housekeeping.
