3. we called the hotel in a panic because the other hotel we had booked turned out to be filthy and awful - we were traveling to participate in the 9/11 memorial program at Lincoln Center and I really needed to be able to relax and feel comfortable inbetween long rehearsals and re-charge for the event - Assistant front desk manager Kori Yoran got us in and saved the entire trip - loved the hotel and the service - will DEFINITELY go back - great location and very comfortable.

5. Room was typical size for a downtown NYC hotel room, noise from street was to be expected (you are in NYC, near Times Square, what do you expect?)However, the room was filthy.

The loose toilet paper holder that landed the roll on the floor half the time, the bath spigot wiggling off the wall, broken hangers in the closet, incredibly loud heat a/c unit, filthy greasy telephone keys, but when I was ready to shower and go out and discovered I had no hot water, that was it.
