1. In 5 days I always found a lot of disorder and a mess of towels outside the rooms.

2. com messed up our booking so that we were not even in the right month with the hotel, even though our confirmation has our dates on it, and the room we booked was described as having a sitting area, mini fridge and safe, none of those in our room, so we checked the booking online, and even though hotels.
