2. we called the hotel in a panic because the other hotel we had booked turned out to be filthy and awful - we were traveling to participate in the 9/11 memorial program at Lincoln Center and I really needed to be able to relax and feel comfortable inbetween long rehearsals and re-charge for the event - Assistant front desk manager Kori Yoran got us in and saved the entire trip - loved the hotel and the service - will DEFINITELY go back - great location and very comfortable.
