1. When we booked with Jet blue we were told we have breakfast included $75 value daily but the hotel said they didn't have it in their system so I had to call jet blue had them fax me a copy of the itinerary to the hotel then showed to them so they can honor it, and also we were given the wrong room to make it a little shorter by the time we got the right room almost 2hrs had gone by.

8. They did many mistakes during our staying (they forget our order at breakfast, the bill was wrong, they were not able to give any indication about the nearby facilities, etc.
