1. The only negative point was the housekeeping was quite mediocre and sometimes it seemed went out of their way to ensure they would avoid cleaning our room (I guess the dirty dipers drew them away).

8. $13/glass for mediocre merlot, Scarpetta had decent food though I didn't see the bill (someone else paid), Vida the food was pretty bad, almost inedible steak salad for $18.

Door keys continually failed and had to be replaced, housekeeping left our door open on three different occasions, staff kept barging in to our room unannounced to deliver items we had never requested, the pool lacked enough loungers to accommodate all guests, the food at the pool cafe was mediocre, and the concierge person I encountered was frazzled and did not seem to know what she was doing.

10. waited to be checked in, then went to wrong room, because theyoverbooked the room we reserved , took two hours to straigtenthe problem out, restaurants not ready to accomodate the crowdsfood is mediocre, hotel not ready for crowds.
