4. unfortunately, the hotel staff would not be able to accommodate my request for four continuous rooms because of the date mix up; the staffer offered to give me ADA rooms which I declined.

5. Also, since it was our first time in Miami, the front staff directed us to a couple places to get food and where to eat out, which they said were walking distances, unfortunately it was about an hour walk in the hot sun.

10. We figured that the hotel staff would have the kinks ironed out and its act together by the time we went, so unfortunately for us we ignored the negative opinions and booked our stay anyway - what a mistake.
