4. the sevice there is lousy i waited 45mins by the pool for a salad, people we're also waitng 30-60mins for they're food and you try to say something but the wait people or bartenders could care less.

5. (On a separate note the shampoo and conditioner were horrible- the lotion was also lousy)We called about the shower and towel situation and it was resolved as we left the room for lunch.

6. The drink prices were unbelievable at 15 to 20 a pop and they were LOUSY, and they had the gall to add the tip to the bill and then sit around and ogle you for a few more bones out of your pocket.
