1. It was amazing to me to stay at such a beautiful hotel with awful values.

2. Once we were done with our awful pool experience, the hotel checked several of us out of our rooms too early when we were 'scheduled to stay for 3 nights', and had to switch our rooms twice in the course of a 3 days stay.
